- VITELLO MILANESE -Escalope of veal breaded shallow fried served with spaghetti tomato sauce
- (V)TAGLIATELLE VERDE– garlic, onion, spinach, courgettes, asparagus, white wine, cream and green pesto
- CODA DI ROSPO - Monkfish served in a sauce of white wine, onion, garlic, cream, tarragon and prawns served with broccoli, carrot and sauté potatoes.
- MAIALE MARSALA – Escalope of pork fillet served with a demi glace mushroom and Marsala wine sauce, garnished with sauté potato and vegetable
- Tacchino Arrosto -Traditional roasted crown of turkey with sage and onion stuffing and trimmings.
- BISTECCA– Ribeye steak in Mushroom, Demi glacé, mustard, cream, red wine and brandy ,with broccoli, carrot and sauté potatoes
